#American megatrends bios update f4 update

I do use linux on this machine as my primary OS but i do dual boot with windows so i can run some windows applications if i need and to perform bios updates on the machine, this shouldnt affect the bios update though. I have also tried the previous version to f.42 it also has the same issue, sometimes i also just get the same 2 long 2 short caps lock light flash. When using the previous version BIOS on a usb stick i get a `Failed to load bios signature file` (or something along those lines) and then the machine reboots. When i boot with the SSD installed (and no usb drive) it attempts to perform a BIOS recovery, it writes surprisingly quick and then verifies 3 times apparently and then fails to verify, reboots and performs the whole process in a loop.
